Your sale, purchase and use of the products available on this site are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use and Service.
- The store may choose to accept, not accept or cancel your order in some cases, for example if the product you wish to purchase is not available, if the product is incorrectly priced or if the order turns out to be fraudulent.
- The site will refund what you paid for orders that were not accepted or that are cancelled from the store within a period not exceeding 14 days.
- When you purchase or send an email, you agree to receive any emails or any notifications regarding the order and any advertising messages.
- The Arabic language is the language used when interpreting the provisions of this Agreement, or when translating it into another language.
- All prices displayed for the store's services or products may be modified from time to time.
- The promotional or marketing offers that the store may put in place are temporary offers, as the store has the right to modify or stop these promotional or marketing offers at any time.
- The parties to this agreement are committed to dealing with each other in a manner that does not violate the Sharia rules, regulations and laws in force related to the nature of the dealings between the store and the consumer.
- The site reserves the right to make any amendments or changes to its site and to the policies and agreements associated with it, including the privacy and order policy, as well as the document for the terms and conditions of service and the terms of exchange and return.

- This User Agreement may only be terminated by a decision issued by the Store Management.
• Important note: Amounts paid via Mada or credit cards, as well as those paid via shipping companies, will be credited to the store’s account 14 days after payment.
Requests:
- Before paying, the customer must review the available methods.
- In the product notes box, the customer can write his notes and they will be implemented as possible and are not mandatory for the store.
- If you have any questions or find any missing information about the product, please contact us via the available communication methods.
- If the order arrives incomplete or does not match what was ordered, the customer has the right to return it, cancel the order, or replace it.
- The order is considered confirmed only after payment and confirmation of the order, the receipt must be attached for bank transfer requests.
- The customer provides the store with a clear address that includes the name, street, house number, neighborhood, and a prominent landmark next to the address. Lack of this information is considered a lack of address.
- The customer provides the store with a suitable branch address for the shipping company if requested by the customer. If not provided, the store chooses a branch as it deems appropriate.
Shipping:
- The store does not modify the address..and delivers the address to the shipping company according to what the customer wrote
- The order will be delivered to the shipping company within three business days.
- The shipment is delivered to the address or branch in his city, according to what is available with the shipping company.
- The estimated shipping time is approximate and may extend to up to 7 business days after shipment.
- Shipping delay due to lack of information exempts the store from responsibility for the delay.
- Return of the shipment due to incomplete information, the customer bears the cost of returning the shipment to the store and shipping it again
- The time is calculated after the order is delivered to the shipping company.
- The store has the right to change the shipping company, if this is in the interest of the order (to speed up the order shipping process, for example)
- After the order is shipped, the customer cannot modify or cancel it.
- After shipping the order, the customer follows up on the order with the shipping company to ensure it is received on time.
- If the customer does not receive a message with the tracking number, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the store to provide him with the tracking number.
- In the event that the shipment is not received within the specified days, the customer must notify the store within 3 working days via the approved means of communication.
- If the customer does not contact the store within 3 working days, this means that he has waived his right to compensation for the order.
- If the customer does not contact us within 3 working days, the store has the right to dispose of the shipment.
Replacement and refund:
•How can I get my money back if I received an item that was not as it should be or damaged?
Dear customer, if you purchase a product and want to exchange or return the product after it has been shipped to you, we provide the following conditions in order to complete the exchange or return process in a simple and easy manner.
Submit a replacement or refund request by contacting the number shown in the store
Time period for return or exchange:
- If the order has been executed but not prepared and the customer requests to cancel it, the electronic payment fees will be deducted. However, if the order has been prepared, it cannot be cancelled.
- Replacement within 7 days and return within 3 days from the date the customer receives the shipment.
Terms of exchange and return
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags attached, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- In the event of a manufacturing defect or problem with the product, it will be repaired, and if repair is not possible, it will be replaced or its full value will be refunded.
- In the event of a manufacturing defect in the product, we bear the shipping costs.
- The original purchase invoice must be attached when starting the process of exchanging or returning products.
- In the event of an exchange or return, the customer bears the full shipping costs, not discounted, of 28.60 riyals, for a total of 57.2 riyals (for delivery and return service) + electronic payment fees + packaging fees of 5 riyals, if any.
- Return and exchange through the same shipping company that delivered the product to the customer.
- Opened products will not be replaced if there is no proven manufacturing defect, noting that non-replaceable products are all those that violate or deviate from the warranty terms such as (misuse - cutting - breakage - the product opened in a condition other than its natural state - failure to follow the instructions for use).
- If the product is inspected and found to be under warranty and the defect is found, the customer will be compensated with a new product and we will bear the shipping cost. A shipping policy will be sent to the customer and the customer is expected to deliver the product to the shipping company within 7 days from the date the policy is sent to him. The customer will agree on the method of delivery to the shipping companies with the customer service team, and the policy will be cancelled if the customer does not deliver the product to the shipping company within this period.
- The customer bears the shipping cost in the event of replacement or return.
- Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment from the customer that the shipment (carton) is intact and in good condition and has not been opened before receipt.
- The customer cannot return the goods during the discount period, but he is entitled to exchange only.
- The bank commission of 2.50% is deducted in case of electronic payment.
Warranty terms for electrical appliances:
We strive to provide high quality products, and because we trust our products, we have put this guarantee to preserve your right and to reassure you.
- The warranty period is as stated in the description of each product.
- The warranty is on the main devices and does not include their accessories.
- The warranty does not cover consumable parts such as batteries and other materials.
- Warranty does not cover misuse.
- You must adhere to what is mentioned in the product specifications, whether in the store or in the catalog, and use it as it should be.
- The malfunction must be proven and not caused by misuse or incorrect operation. This must be proven by attaching photos or a video on WhatsApp.
- * The request must include the invoice number or order number to be accepted.
- * The warranty on electrical appliances is the agent’s warranty and the importing company’s warranty in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A request is submitted to the company, and either the customer sends the product to the company or it is delivered to the center. If shipping is requested, the customer bears the shipping fees there and back.
